Marie Roscoe Promoted to Project Director

ϳԹ is pleased to announce the promotion of Marie Roscoe to Project Director for our Major Projects group.

Marie is a 21-year industry veteran, having previously spent time working for Kiewit Building Group, Inc., where she started her career as an Engineer and then moved to Project Engineer, and finally, Project Manager.

She started her career with ϳԹalmost five years ago as a Project Manager, where she led our teams in the field for our Major Projects Group. Most recently, she successfully managed the first phase of the Arbuckle Reservoir Project, a complicated and massive slurry wall project in Wharton, TX.

Marie is a mentor to her younger colleagues and a member of the Women in ϳԹ(WIN) Steering Committee, which aims to provide visibility, opportunity and community for women in our company. She also recently joined the company’s internal Leadership Team.

“As a leader, Marie hits all of the marks—she’s experienced, she’s decisive and she knows how to bring the team together toward a common goal,” said Dario Gnoato, P. Eng., Senior Vice President of Major Projects. “But, what really makes her great is her ability to successfully lead diverse teams in a tough industry while staying calm, empathetic and compassionate.

In her new role as Project Director, Marie will be responsible for sponsoring new project pursuits, training and PM support, recruiting and student outreach for Major Projects.  Marie holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis and Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
